Weekend Fun.

On Friday I met Lauren and Allyse for lunch at Mad. Sq. Eats.
It's a food festival in Madison Square Park.
Restaurants from all over the city bring their goods to share in one spot.
The weather was a little gloomy and rainy but it was still so fun.
Love these girls.
 Flatiron.
best. desserts. ever.
That evening Jeffrey and I met a cute couple for dinner at Go Burger.
I knew Amanda when I was young. Our Mom's were good friends and we used to play together all the time.
Her family moved to Utah and we hadn't seen each other since then.
My Mom told me Amanda and her husband moved to NY and I knew we had to get together.
It was so much fun catching up and seeing a childhood friend.
A few fun facts:
Derek and I share the exact same birthday... we both turn 24 this year. Crazy! I've never met anyone with my same age and birthday. They also got married on June 11th, 2010 in the Salt Lake Temple... exact same day and Temple as Jeffrey and I. Seriously so random!

Derek ordered the mac & cheese burger. It was huge but amazing.

We finished the night off with a chocolate peanut butter banana shake.
It was such a fun day.

Roman Holiday in Bryant Park.

Bryant Park holds an Outdoor Movie Film Festival every Summer. Monday nights they play classic black and white films. When I heard Roman Holiday with Audrey Hepburn was playing I knew we'd have to attend. This is one of my all time favorite movies with one of my favorite actresses. We had Chipotle and shared a Crumbs cupcake for dinner... so good! After the movie finished the MC said that this was the biggest turn out they've seen in last 20 years of doing the festival!! Night's like these are why I love New York so much.

LAST WEEK.

This past week was an eventful one. It went like this...

Monday:
Halloween at Jeff & Chelsie's with Cale & Kristin. We took little Jaxon & Vayda out for their fist trick or treating experience. It was so cute. Jaxon was a tiger and Vayda a ballerina.

Wednesday:
Jeff & I wanted to try a new restaurant in SoHo and found this little gem. We ordered captain crunch french toast...Yum

These condos were across the street. So cute.
Friday:
Mckell was down from D.C. visiting her family in Orlando. So we drove up with the Johnson's. Mckell's grandparents made the best homemade pizza I have ever had. It was such a fun night.
love these girls
Saturday:
We ventured over to Ybor City for some lunch at Bernini.

After lunch we visited our favorite park in Downtown Tampa and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
