The rest of our New York Thanksgiving went like this...
We spent a large amount of our time wondering Central Park. We're in love.

Relaxed while listening to some sweet jazz.

Finally got to try the talked about burger joint Shake Shack. The verdict was...so good!

Took advantage of the Black Friday sales and did a little shopping.

New York wouldn't be complete with out stopping by Times Square.

Saturday morning brunch at E.J. Luncheonette

The weather Saturday was a perfect 67 degrees so we decided to take a ride on the Staten Island Ferry. Got a great look at Lady Liberty as well.

High-line Park in Chelsea

Funny Story:
Sunday we went to the Upper East Side ward. While sitting in sacrament Jeff looks over to his left and there's Glenn Beck and his little family. How random! After sacrament we find sunday school and sit down. A minute or two later I look around the room and realize Glenn and his wife are sitting directly behind us. So I do a double take not realizing it was them and they start to laugh a little. I then proceed to say " hi! are you guys in the ward"? We shook hands and had a 10 minute conversation before the lesson begun. After class Glenn puts his hand on Jeff's shoulder and say's "Do you want to follow me to Priesthood". I sat by his wife Tania because I didn't know anyone else! Anyways we talked for awhile and I was so impressed with her. They were both such fun, down to earth people. They gave us hugs at the end of church and wished us well. That was the only celebrity encounter we had while in New York but it was a fun one!
After church we spent time in Central Park again. Obviously we can't get enough.

Monday we saw the Rockettes in the Christmas Spectacular Show. It's always been a dream of mine to see the amazing Rockette girls do their famous high kicks live. I was practically drooling! The show was incredible. Such a fun way to kick off the holiday season.

St. Patrick's Cathedral
We had an incredible time in New York City. We're more than excited to have the opportunity to move to Manhattan in February. I can't wait to call New York home and enjoy the city for a while!!
