Uganda: Day Five.

on the morning of day five the majority of us went to the miriam primary school celebration.
the kids and teachers gathered to thank and celebrate the volunteers,
who helped clean and paint the inside of their school.
playing games and spending time with these children never gets old!
cami, our country director, was holding this little girl and got peed on!
cami was laughing and showed her the wet spot on her dress.
i love the little girls sheepish face looking up at cami, she is too cute.
i decided to let her sit next to me instead of on my lap, probably a good choice!
this little boy was such a ham!
to finish off the celebration, we painted the kids hands red, yellow and blue.
one by one they put their hand prints on the outside of their school.
it was so much fun.
lots of little hands touching my earrings and hair.
after the kids finished with their hand prints, the volunteers did the same.
we spent the afternoon back at mbale regional hospital to finish the painting project.
