Blaze was such a great night. A group of us met at the Smith's for chicken tortilla soup, corn bread and pumpkin cookies. We then caught the train for a 45 minute trip upstate to the Historic Hudson Valley. This event called The Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze had 5000 pumpkins hand carved and on display. I can't imagine how many hours went into carving these amazing pumpkins. I love Fall.
Hot cider and doughnuts were a must on this chilly night.
